We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join our increasing workforce. If you feel that you have the skills and experience to engineer our process for volume production then we would like to hear from you.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

• Manage the specification, design, build, testing and installation of special purpose machinery
• Run detailed trials through equipment to characterize and develop processes
• Detailed understanding of roll to roll or web manufacturing equipment would be an advantage
• Involvement from procurement through development of process to manufacturing
• Knowledge of machine safety requirements and how to implement requirements
• Research new processes and equipment to use in the production process
• Work closely with third party companies and universities to develop new processes
• Manage commercial aspects of new equipment purchase
• Train operators
• Fault find process when production problems occur
• Work closely with product testing, R&D and operations
• Write detail reports on improvements, generate statistical data, SPC charts and SOP's

If you have a good understanding of electrical and software engineering, previous in depth experience of process engineering within industry, a minimum of HND in mechanical engineering and are a hands on engineer who can work with minimal supervision then please send your CV and a covering letter to:
