We are now looking for experienced Production Operators to join our increasing workforce. If you are able to work as part of an innovative team and provide assembly assistance to the production line and have the relevant skills and experience for this role then we would like to hear from you.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

• Assembly of PV modules (Cutting PV material to size, sealing ends, attaching electrical connections, Laminating, applying 2D bar code label and testing)
• Follow Batch orders & monitor work practices to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications
• Some Engineering experience beneficial and Maintenance of production lines
• Adhere to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records
• Ensure continuous production is maintained where possible
• Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner
• Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures
• Input data into computer system to record products
• Participate in the set up of future production lines and procedures
• Fixing minor issues that may arise with the production line and trouble shooting when production issues occur

Essential:

• Good Manual skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of GMP
• Understanding of work based instructions
• Team player

Desirable:

• Numerical skills
• Computer literate
• Experience of roll-to-roll machinery and manufacturing would be an advantage
