Robert M. Hertzberg

Chairman and Founder, G24 Innovations

Mr. Hertzberg was twice unanimously elected on a bipartisan vote as Speaker of the California State Assembly, 2000-2002, and was a candidate for Los Angeles Mayor in the 2005 election missing the runoff by less than 1%. During his speakership, Mr. Hertzberg was instrumental in drafting legislative solutions to the California Energy Crisis. Together with his leadership team, he developed the most comprehensive energy conservation standards in the US as well as led the fight on new environmental standards for renewable energy and a cleaner environment.

Appearing on Nightline, CNN and other national news shows, Hertzberg took thoughtful positions on the many public policy issues facing California and the nation. He was recently featured on CBS Evening News with Katie Couric and she referred to him as a “green” entrepreneur.

As Chairman of G24i, Mr. Hertzberg directs renewable energy policy issues and works on many aspects of company activities.

Mr. Hertzberg was recently named in the Los Angeles Times as “One of the 100 Most Influential People in Southern California”. He was also named in Guardian Magazine as one of the "50 people who could save the planet".

Investment Committee Chairman, 4RAE and Former CEO and Chairman, ABN AMRO

Rijkman Groenink is the former CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of ABN AMRO. His banking career at ABN Amro was extremely varied with a large part being focused on Private Equity. He was head of the private equity investment committee at ABN Amro for 15 years and in 2004 was named "European Banker of the Year".

Under Mr. Groenink's leadership, the World Environment Center awarded ABN AMRO with the Gold Medal Award for International Corporate Achievement in Sustainable Development.

Mr. Groenink has been on the Board of NPM Capital, one of the oldest private equity groups in the Netherlands. In 2004, he was named a knight by Queen Beatrix.

Partner, Mayer Brown LLP and Former U.S. Secretary of Commerce

Mr. Kantor was U.S. Secretary of Commerce from 1996-1997 and served as U.S. Trade Representative from 1993-1996. He was chairman of President Clinton’s successful election campaign in 1992. Mr. Kantor is a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Monsanto Corporation, Korea First Bank and currently sits on the Board of Directors for CB Richard Ellis.
John Hartnett

John Hartnett

Senior Vice President for Global Markets, Palm, Inc.

Mr. Hartnett is responsible for Palm’s sales and customer support for all channels, including retail, distribution, carrier, eCommerce, and Palm’s Retail Stores. Mr. Hartnett is former Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Service, Support, and eCommerce at Handspring, Inc. and served as a member of the merger leadership team for Handspring and Palm.

Mr. Hartnett is also former Senior Vice President of U.S. marketing, support and operations for MetaCreations.

Mr. Stevenson is Co-founder and Principal of Renewable Capital. He is the former Co-Founder and CEO of Southern California Roofing Company and co-founded Solar Integrated Technologies (SIT) in 2003. SIT’s photovoltaic roofing systems won the National Roofing Council Administration’s best product of the year award in 2004 and in 2005 was named Vendor of the Year by Pepsi Co’s Frito Lay Division, 2005; recipient of the 2005 Wall Street Journal Innovation Award for Technology.
Andrés Rubio

Managing Director and Head of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments for Europe

Andrés Rubio is a Managing Director and the Head of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments for Europe, responsible for investments of Morgan Stanley’s proprietary capital in Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Rubio rejoined Morgan Stanley in January 2007 after serving for three years as a Managing Director with Cerberus Japan K.K., based in Tokyo and responsible for development and execution of private equity transactions throughout Asia.

Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Rubio spent twelve years with Morgan Stanley specializing in mergers and acquisitions, most recently from 2001 to 2004 in Tokyo as Deputy Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Co-Head of the General Industrial Group.

Mr. Rubio has a B.S.F.S. (1990) from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.

Mr. Davis is founder of Mateva Capital, which provides financial advisory services to companies principally involved in the electric power, energy technology, mining and related industries.

Mr. Davis has a 16-year history as an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Bankers Trust.
Stephen Sadler

Stephen Sadler

Chief Financial Officer, G24 Innovations

Mr. Sadler has held a number of Board level and senior financial positions with quoted technology companies. Prior to joining G24i he was Chief Financial Officer for Turbo Power Systems Inc, an AIM and Toronto Stock Exchange listed company specialising in energy efficient power electronics solutions for transportation and distributed generation. Previous roles included Chief Financial Officer for Host Europe Plc until its sale to Pipex Plc in 2004 and senior finance roles at Logica Plc and GX Networks Plc.

Mr. Sadler qualified as an ACA with Arthur Andersen and has a degree in Industrial and Business economics from the London School of Economics.
