- “Roll-to-Roll” web manufacturing process enables DSSC fabrication with low capital intensity:
a continuous system that is easily replicated at low cost. - Rolls of Modules can be easily air transported and delivered to worldwide OEMS.
- Finishing of modules can be automated and outsourced for various product streams and
customers. - Encapsulation provides environmental protection, custom finishes for different customers.

with online “Sharepoint” access to summaries and analysis. - Environmental, competitive, developmental and production testing programs are in place with

- Integral diodes (embedded, printed) in roll to roll assembly - Web handling expertise was central in creation of robust, high strength, high flex module end seal.
- Production machinery and process changes ongoing to support DSSC architecture and technology
